I prefer to keep my policies simple and straightforward for both my benefit and my client’s benefit. If you as a client see something that should be added here, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your input is highly valued as it enables us to serve you better.

After initial online, phone or in-person meeting with client, client is emailed a project proposal which includes the agreed upon tasks that are to be completed, project price, project timeline, and estimated launch or completion date of project. If additional information is needed from client we wil request it before making proposal. Proposal may be edited, tweaked and otherwise fine tuned by both parties until final agreement is reached. Final agreement is considered to have been reached once client signs off on proposal with no further edits. Client sign off is considered to be an email from client agreeing to the terms of the proposal.

Payment plans are setup in accordance with client’s stated budget allocated to the project and in accordance with the defined stages of the project. This is included in the project proposal.

Payments are expected on time or work ceases until payment is made. Likewise, to protect the client, project needs to adhere to the defined timeline or client is not expected to pay for next stage until present stage is completed in accordance with agreed upon terms of proposal and client’s satisfaction.

Complete and total privacy, protection and confidentiality of information and records is maintained at all times.

Acceptable payment methods are via credit card, which may be put securely on file with us, or by company check. If credit card is used, it will NEVER be charged without client’s written (emailed) confirmation to do so. If a company check is used, client does NOT have the option to ask us to wait until a particular day to cash the check. Funds must be available at all times or client will be limited to paying with credit card as their only option.

Client is always given every option available to contact us ~ email, office phone, office fax, cell phone and may feel free to contact us as needed.
