• is negligent in any way
• has access to Client’s home while client is away and Maureen McCullough was not present

Maureen McCullough cannot be held responsible for any problem arising from any job performance, information or product provided to client by any vendor referred by or outsourced by Maureen McCullough on client’s behalf, and shall be held harmless in any situation where a vendor does not perform to their expectations.

Maureen McCullough will not be and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from content, verbiage, website performance or any other issue arising from any project that she has performed with the express participation of the client by way of the project proposal ~ once the project proposal has been signed off on by the client, Maureen McCullough is absolved of any exterior damages arising from any legal entanglements with the client’s internet or brick and mortar competition.

Maureen McCullough cannot be held responsible for any issues other than failure of fulfillment of agreed upon project proposal.

Maureen McCullough cannot be held responsible should client claim the project proposal was signed off by someone else using client’s email. If client feels that such a situation is a possibility due to issue’s on the client end in the client’s office, client should then request that Maureen McCullough physically submit the project proposal via United States Postal Mail, double copies, both of which must then be signed off by both Maureen McCullough and client, one copy being kept by client, and one copy sent back to Maureen McCullough.
