The beauty of concierge services is that you hire a professional organizer, personal assistant and consultant on an on-demand basis for help with your personal life management, business or corporate tasks and events. On-demand service providers such as myself save you time, money and considerable stress plus allow you to stay focused on what you need to ~ your life, your business, etc. On-demand services also save you the cost of an employee ~ you only contact me for services when you need them, not have someone on the payroll all the time when you don’t need them all the time.
I can help with you personally, your family, your business, with a senior relative, or with your corporate business. Take a good look at what I offer below. As your personal assistant and errand runner, event manager, organizer, travel assistant and more, I provide you with expert organizational skills, expert and efficient time management skills and strategies, and help your social events and business events stay within budget and yet bring you best value through my expert sourcing abilities.
How do we begin?
Generally you contact me with a list of things you need done, the “honey-do” list, or an event you’d like to hold. I would meet with you to discuss exactly what you need, your budget, available resources and how to best use them, and whatever else you would need / like to discuss about what needs to get done. I ask you the questions, you tell me what’s on your mind, and it’s my job to listen, be creative and be resourceful.
The first meeting usually lasts 4 hours. A great deal of territory can be covered in 4 hours! There is a charge for this meeting, however, if you should retain me for 8 hours or more a month thereafter, you will receive a $35.00 discount on your first month. Generally what my clients prefer is a 4 hour session every 2 weeks, or a 2 hour session every week.
Please note that all requested services must be legal, moral, reasonable and basically family friendly. I reserve the right to refuse any request that I am not ethically comfortable with.
All services outside of regular errand style services such as events and event planning will be drawn up on a proposal for your convenience complete with hours, a timeline, the cost to you and any other information you or I deem necessary.
*Be advised that should I need to source out vendors for your event, I do not accept commission of any sort from them. I instead encourage them to channel that reserve into a discount for you.
Any services that I can handle electronically from my home office will be done there in order to use your time which you are paying for in the most efficient manner possible. I do not store your records, or any information about you, your transactions or any other information on my home office computer. Once done, all cookies are cleared and all documentation is returned to you. If you prefer I use your computer in your home or office that is perfectly fine as well.

Price: $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours a month; more than 4 hours a month ~ $35.00 per hour
