I’ve been on the Internet since 1999 and what I know is a result of what I learned the hard way. This was also a good way, at least for me ~ since I’m the hands-on type ~ I learned everything through doing, experimenting, reading a lot, trial and error ~ and ultimately I’ve succeeded now with three online businesses that enable me to work from the comfort of my home, on my own terms and in my own way and be self supporting.

Even though the face, shape and form of the Internet and e-commerce has changed vastly from those early days, one thing has never changed, and that is that 75% of all new businesses fail in their first 5 years, if not in their first year. OUCH.

I’m fortunate that God gifted me with the technical aptitude to absorb “techie” stuff like a sponge absorbs water, and that back when I worked in Corporate America I worked in various technical fields.

My purpose for how I run this design business the way I do and structure my services as I do is simple ~ I firmly believe that self employment and e-commerce as a venue will be the wave of the future for many of us. It’s going to shape and define us and our lives even more than it does now. I also firmly believe that everyone ~ every entrepreneur ~ who has a vision for their business and who is or can be taught to be disciplined enough to focus and work hard has the right to be as successful as they possibly can. Technical experience is NOT necessary.

All of my services are designed around the premise that you do NOT need to be a “techie” or even super computer literate, nor do you need to know HTML. All you really need is to know how to copy, paste and type ~ and follow a few very simple instructions.

From your own website, blog, forum, eBay store or auction / store listing template I make sure your experience is as painless as possible, plus I offer in many cases lifetime support or support as you go. Email support is always free, and phone support is bundled into some of the packages where logic dictates that you would benefit from a hands-on walk through.

I make sure the project is delivered to you on time and that your needs as agreed upon are met. You never have to worry about being left to fend for yourself with something you don’t understand. Likewise, when you are ready, you’ll be able to run your own venue independently of me, and if needed, contract me for support and help only when and if you need it.
